1. All Sales Are Final Once Opened
Due to the nature of wellness and ingestible products, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds on any product once the seal has been broken or the product has been opened.

Once a product has been opened, we are unable to verify storage conditions, handling, or potential contamination. For the safety of all customers, opened products cannot be resold or reused under any circumstance.

If your product remains unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, you may be eligible for a return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the following conditions:

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding shipping costs.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

A product with a broken seal upon arrival

We will review the situation promptly and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
4. Why We Cannot Accept Opened Products
VERINOR products are ingestible and designed for personal use. Once a product has been opened, it cannot be returned or redistributed due to:
